Refund policy
We have a 28-day refund policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement if it is defective.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be defective or an incorrect item. You'll need to send a picture of the item with the barcode sticker still attached.
To start a refund/replacement, you can contact us at support@christendomdesigns.com. If your refund/replacement is accepted there is no need to return the defective item!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
